Justin holds the position of Managing Director at Euphoria. He was hired in 2009 to operate many of Euphoria’s acquisitions that includes QuickFeet Soccer Training, LLC, QuickFeet Soccer, Inc, College Ready Soccer, LLC, and findyoursoccercoach.com. Justin has spent the last 5 years learning the ins and outs of both the youth and adult soccer industries, and he has taken the same knowledge to other clients in other sports such as basketball, football, swimming, and golf just to name a few. His knowledge has helped Euphoria to grow its Business Management and Consulting Department to where it provides consultation to clients throughout the United States and Canada.
Justin received a BA at the University of Delaware and is currently seeking a Juris Doctorate in Corporate Law at GGeorgetown University in Washington, DC. At the University of Delaware, he was a four year letter-winner in Varsity Soccer. He has held several positions on the Board of Directors of several businesses such as Hey Young World and the Greenbelt Sportsplex (A state of the art Indoor Facility located in his hometown of Greenbelt, MD)
Patric holds the position of Chief Sales Officer at Euphoria and is in charge of creating new business and driving new clients to the company. Patric was hired in 2009 to manage the Sales Department that has seen an increase in business acquisitions since 2009. He has been instrumental in the development of College Ready Soccer, LLC which improved its revenue by 200% from 2010 to 2011. He has also been an integral part in the negotiations and business planning of a semi-professional Women’s Premier Soccer League team set to begin play in the Washington, DC metropolitan area in 2013. Patric has also managed and developed plans for the Sales Department at the Greenbelt Sportplex.
Patric received a BA at the University of Delaware and is currently planning to attain his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Maryland. He attended University of Delaware from 2000-2002 before transferring to West Virginia Weslyn where he played on the Varsity team for one full season before returning to the University of Delaware to complete his degree. Patric will be an instrumental part in Euphoria’s Entertainment Department as he will focus on developing new ideas in film and documentaries after his 2 year stint in Los Angeles, CA studying film and being an extra in many sitcoms such as “ER”.
Euphoria consistently has several of projects happening at one time. In Business Development, whether it’s a soccer club, indoor sports facility, or a investing in the economies of many countries all over the world, Euphoria can provide the expertise and experience to get it funded and manage its growth.
In 2008, Euphoria began a partnership with International Soccer Tournaments to bring international youth soccer teams to the United States to participate in highly competitive tournaments against some of the top youth teams on the east coast. The idea was to give international players exposure to American teams who would accept them to boarding schools or colleges. Euphoria created a breakthrough event that drew hundreds of thousands of spectators at every tournament and has provided opportunities for thousands of youth soccer players. Euphoria is currently working with Grammont Worldwide, a Washington, DC based marketing company, to introduce additional international soccer tournaments throughout the country. Grammont is currently working in Brazil to prepare for the 2014 World Cup.
Euphoria managed the production, marketing, and management of the Calvert Beach Cup. The yearly weekend event meshed North American teams from Canada, United States, and Mexico in a competition that featured youth and adult soccer teams. (www.calvertbeachcup.com)
Euphoria has managed and operated many outdoor summer music events ranging from pop culture music to country. Its support has helped music tours in the Washington, DC area to re-imagine its focus on branding and marketing.
With all of our events, we develop active sponsorship programs and link local and corporate businesses with the event.

Additionally, Euphoria has created innovative and marketing partnerships which has produced much needed growth in company revenue. In 2010 as QuickFeet Soccer Training continued to grow at a monumental rate with the influx of more children playing soccer in the Washington, DC area, QuickFeet Soccer, Inc. a non-profit 501c3 organization was formed to provide children with recreational and travel soccer teams to play on. Euphoria has been integral in locating corporate money and writing grants to attain additional funding to operate the organization. Since 2009, Euphoria has managed Hey Young World, Inc. and has been an integral part in its development to attain corporate funding to give highly educated children from low income families the opportunity to travel and see the world.
